    2. On page 1, line 12, after "ENFORCEMENT", insert "BY A CANDIDATE".

    3. On page 2, line 12, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof a comma and strike ", campaign".

    4. On page 2, strike line 13 through the second occurrence of "committee" and after "or", insert "a".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
