AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE BOARD OF REGENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO TO DEVELOP A BUSINESS ESSENTIALS FOR COMMUNITY ENTREPRENEURS PROGRAM.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred ninety-seven thousand three hundred forty dollars ($197,340) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of the university of New Mexico for expenditure in fiscal year 2010 to develop a business essentials for community entrepreneurs program. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2010 shall revert to the general fund.
