1. On page 30, line 6, strike “binding”.

    2. On page 30, strike lines 12 through 21 in their entirety.

    3. Reletter the suceeding subsection accordingly.

    4. On page 33, line 11, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 12 through 15 in their entirety.
