HOUSE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

 FOR HOUSE BILL 70

DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 6, line 13 after "data" insert "system".

     2. On page 7, line 17 after "submission" insert "and publication".

     3. On page 7, line 18 after "report" insert "referred to in subsection K" and strike "and its publications".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
