has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 23, after "debts" insert "except those payments taken in lieu of retired or retainer pay for purposes of obligations collected by the IV-D agency”.

     2. On page 2, line 4, after "disability" insert "except those payments taken in lieu of retired or retainer pay for purposes of obligations collected by the IV-D agency”.
