HOUSE BILL 150

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, strike "OFFICE" and insert in lieu thereof "LIAISON".

     2. On page 2, line 17, strike both occurrences of "office" and insert in lieu thereof "liaison".

     3. On page 2, line 20, strike "OFFICE" and insert in lieu thereof "LIAISON".

     4. On page 2, line 22, strike "office" and insert in lieu thereof "liaison".

     5. On page 2, line 24, strike "office" and insert in lieu thereof "liaison".

     6. On page 4, line 20, strike the quotation marks and between lines 20 and 21, insert the following new subsection:

          "F. Members of the council shall not receive per diem and mileage or other compensation for their services."".

     7. On page 4, line 24, strike "office" and insert in lieu thereof "department".
