has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 1, line 20, strike the third semicolon and on line 21, strike "MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".
2. On page 31, strike lines 13 through 18 in their entirety.
3. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
4. On page 32, line 2, strike "21" and insert in lieu thereof "20".
