SENATE BILL 66
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On page 2, line 11, strike "southwest New Mexico" and insert in lieu thereof "Luna county".
2. On page 2, line 18, strike "hospitality industry" and insert in lieu thereof "media, assisted living and hospitality".
3. On page 2, line 21, strike "sustainable alternative" and strike "source".
4. On page 3, line 5, strike "an expanded polystyrene" and insert in lieu thereof "a weatherization".
5. On page 4, line 4, strike "and".
6. On page 4, line 6, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon and between lines 6 and 7, insert the following:
"34. a renewable fuel manufacturing project in McKinley county;
35. a hospitality industry project in Otero county;
36. an ethanol manufacturing project in Quay county;
37. an aerospace manufacturing project in Chaves county; and
38. a hospitality industry project in Taos county.".
