    Your EDUCATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 78

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "COOPERATING TEACHERS AND EXPERIENCED".

    2. On page 5, line 4, after "a" insert "student teacher with the supervision of a".

    3. On page 5, line 4, after "teacher" insert a period, strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 5 and 6, strike line 7 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "The district, public school or charter school educational plan for student success shall be used to track the alternative curricular plan to show alignment to student achievement goals".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
