    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 194

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 22, line 12, after "be", insert "employees, employers and stakeholders with expertise in the field of unemployment,".

     2. On page 22, line 16, strike "two members" and insert in lieu thereof "one member".

     3. On page 22, line 18, strike "two members" and insert in lieu thereof "one member".

     4. On page 22, line 20, strike "two members" and insert in lieu thereof "one member".

     5. On page 22, line 21, strike "and".

     6. On page 22, line 22, strike "two members" and insert in lieu thereof "one member".

     7. On page 22, line 23, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

     8. On page 22, between lines 23 and 24, insert the following new paragraph:

                "(5) four members appointed by the governor.".
