has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

HOUSE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

 FOR HOUSE BILL 251

DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 17, after “teachers,” insert “eight”.

     2. On page 2, line 18, strike “public school” and after the “comma” insert “six nominated by superintendents and principals and two nominated by charter school,”.

     3. On page 3, line 3, strike “two” and insert in lieu thereof “one” and strike “have” and insert in lieu thereof “has,”.

     4. On page 3, line 5, strike “two” and insert “one” and strike in lieu thereof “have” and insert in lieu thereof “has,”.,

and thence referred to the LABOR AND HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE.
