has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 13, strike "an" and insert in lieu thereof "the".

    2. On page 1, line 19, strike "a" and insert in lieu thereof "the" and strike "to prepare" and insert in lieu thereof "that prepares".

    3. On page 1, line 22, strike "to produce" and insert in lieu thereof "that culminates in the production of".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
