SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE BILL 71

Amendment sponsored by Senator Vernon D. Asbill

    1. On page 1, line 16, strike "FOR A LIMITED PURPOSE" and insert in lieu thereof "WITH THE APPROVAL OF A PROBATION AND PAROLE OFFICER".

    2. On page 3, line 1, after "vehicle", insert "while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs".

    3. On page 6, line 12, strike "limited", and on line 13, after "period", strike the remainder of the line, strike all of line 14 and strike line 15 up to the period.
