    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "SECTIONS" and insert in lieu thereof "A SECTION".

    2. On page 1, lines 13 and 14, strike "OF THE AGRICULTURAL WATER CONSERVATION TAX CREDIT AND".

    3. On pages 1 through 8, strike Sections 1 and 2 in their entirety and renumber the succeeding section.

    4. On page 9, line 10, after "of", insert "the provisions of Subsection C of".

    5. On page 9, line 10, strike "March 1, 2013" and insert in lieu thereof "January 1, 2014".

    6. On page 9, lines 11 and 12, strike "September 1, 2012" and insert in lieu thereof "January 1, 2013".
