AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO THE ATRISCO LAND GRANT-MERCED TO WORK WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF NEW MEXICO SCHOOL OF ARCHITECTURE AND PLANNING TO FORM A PLAN TO CLEAN UP PAJARITO MESA.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the Atrisco land grant-merced for expenditure in fiscal year 2013 to work with the university of New Mexico school of architecture and planning to form a plan to clean up Pajarito mesa. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2013 shall revert to the general fund.
