SENATE BILL 110, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. Strike Senate Public Affairs Committee Amendments 1 through 4.
2. On page 1, line 22, after "bequests", insert ", interest income".
3. On page 2, line 2, strike "appropriated" and insert in lieu thereof "subject to appropriation by the legislature".
4. On page 2, lines 4 and 5, strike "Income from investment of the fund shall be credited to the fund.".
