    1. On page 1, line 22, strike the colon.

    2. On page 1, line 23, strike the paragraph designation "(1)" and the colon.

    3. On page 1, line 24, strike the subparagraph designation "(a)".

    4. On page 1, line 24, after "bank", insert "or credit union, savings and loan association or savings bank".

    5. On page 2, strike lines 1 through 3 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof "whose deposits are insured by a federal agency administering a federal insurance fund backed by the full faith and credit of the federal government or".

    6. On page 2, line 4, strike the subparagraph designation "(b)".

    7. On page 2, line 10, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    8. On page 2, line 11, strike "(2) excludes" and insert in lieu thereof ""Bank" does not mean".

    9. On page 2, line 12, after "Act", insert "or".

    10. On page 2, line 13, strike ", a credit union or a" and insert in lieu thereof a semicolon.

    11. On page 2, strike lines 14 through 18 in their entirety.
