HOUSE BILL 540

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, lines 23 and 24, strike "designed in accordance with Subsection C of" and insert in lieu thereof "pursuant to".

     2. On page 2, line 23, strike "July 1, 2013" and insert in lieu thereof "January 1, 2014".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
