has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 25, before the period, insert "brought onto the grounds of the institution for the purpose of transfer to a prisoner".

    2. On page 3, strike lines 8 through 10 in their entirety and strike line 11 up to the ending quotation mark.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
