SENATE BILL 72, as amended
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. Strike all senate corporations and transportation committee amendments.
2. On page 2, line 1, strike "inc" and insert in lieu thereof "incorporated".
3. On page 2, line 8, strike "urine and other specimens" and insert in lieu thereof "blood serum plasma, urine or other appropriate test samples".
4. On page 2, line 20, strike "and testing of urine and other specimens" and insert in lieu thereof "of pre- and post-race, out-of-competition and necropsy testing of both blood serum plasma and urine as well as other appropriate samples".
5. On page 2, line 23, after "more" insert "equal".
6. On page 3, lines 2 and 3, strike "not naturally occurring in a horse" and insert in lieu thereof "as defined by the association of racing commissioners international, incorporated, classification guidelines as class 1 or class 2, penalty class A drugs".
7. On page 3, lines 21 and 22, strike "not naturally occurring".
8. On page 3, line 23, strike "inc" and insert in lieu thereof "incorporated".
