SENATE BILL 88

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 17, after "be", insert "made in a form such that the date, amount and payee of the transaction are automatically recorded or". 

    2. On page 2, lines 17 and 18, remove the brackets and line-through.

    3. On page 2, lines 18 through 20, strike the underscored language.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
