SENATE BILL 107

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 9, line 8, after "estate", insert "and statutory allowances to a surviving spouse and children".

    2. On page 9, lines 8 and 9, strike "by law for a surviving joint tenant" and insert in lieu thereof "in Section 45-6-102 NMSA 1978".
