SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number 1 to SENATE BILL 160, as amended, with emergency clause

AMENDMENT sponsored by SENATOR KELLER

     1. On page 8, line 13, insert the following new subsection:

          "H. the tax and revenue department shall annually report to the revenue stabilization and tax policy committee the aggregate amounts of biodiesel deductions taken pursuant to this section, the number of taxpayers claiming the deduction and any other information required to determine that the deduction is performing its purpose for which it was enacted; and".

     2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
