    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 190

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 12, after "FOR", strike the remainder of the line, strike line 13 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "DISTRIBUTION OF REVENUES TO THE LOCAL DWI GRANT FUND.".

     2. On page 4, line 6, after "fund", insert a period and strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 7 through 9 in their entirety.
