has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 12, after "COMMITTEE", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 13 up to the period.

    2. On page 7, line 24, remove the brackets and line through "and".

    3. On page 8, line 1, after "division", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 2 through 4 in their entirety and strike line 5 up to the period.,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
