SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 289, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with the following recommendation:

         1. Senate Finance Committee Amendment No. 1 be APPROVED.

    2. House Taxation and Revenue Committee Amendment No. 1 be APPROVED, and that the bill be amended further as follows:

    3. On page 5, line 17, strike "may" and insert in lieu thereof "shall" and strike "any additional" and insert in lieu thereof "all".

    4. On page 5, line 18, after the first occurrence of "of", insert "no more than".
