has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 4, line 25, after "test", insert ", provided that the health care personnel first provide to the department of health for review relevant medical records or other written attestations that document the need for access to the person's confidential human immunodeficiency virus test results".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
