SENATE BILL 312

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 15, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

    2. On page 2, line 15, after the second occurrence of "insurance", insert "used to fund a preneed funeral contract or funeral prearrangement and policies or certificates of life insurance".

    3. On page 2, line 19, after the semicolon, insert "or".

    4. On page 2, line 21, strike "; or" and insert in lieu thereof a period.

    5. On page 2, strike lines 22 and 23 in their entirety.

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
