SENATE BILL 320

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 6, line 24, after ".--", insert the subsection designation "A.".

    2. On page 7, line 5, strike the closing quotation mark and between lines 5 and 6, insert the following new subsection to read:

         "B. Nothing in this section shall be construed to preclude any other remedies otherwise available pursuant to common law or the NMSA 1978."".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
