has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 16, remove the brackets and line through "of" and strike "or civil" and on line 17, strike "judgment against".

    2. On page 3, line 18, after "obtaining", insert "unlawfully".

    3. On page 3, line 20, before "performance", insert "unlawful".
