SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to SENATE JUDICIARY COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE CONSERVATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 479

    1. On page 1, line 21, before "Before", insert the subsection designation "A.".

    2. On page 2, line 18, strike the closing quotation mark and between lines 18 and 19, insert a new subsection to read:

         "B. The provisions of this section shall only apply to land from which irrigation water rights that are appurtenant to that land are severed after the effective date of this section."".

    3. On page 2, line 23, before "Before" insert the subsection designation "A.".

    4. On page 3, line 20, strike the closing quotation mark and between lines 20 and 21, insert a new subsection to read:

         "B. The provisions of this section shall only apply to land from which irrigation water rights that are appurtenant to that land are severed after the effective date of this section."".
