SENATE BILL 490
has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:
1. On pages 1 and 2, strike Section 1 in its entirety.
2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
3. On page 4, line 5, strike "a criminal".
4. On page 4, line 6, strike "justice entity" and insert in lieu thereof "every law enforcement agency".
5. On page 4, strike lines 11 through 14 in their entirety.
6. On page 4, line 20, after the period, strike the remainder of the line and strike lines 21 through 24 in their entirety.
7. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
