AN ACT

RELATING TO THE PUBLIC PEACE, HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE NEW MEXICO ROBOTICS CAMP.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--Twenty thousand dollars ($20,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the Indian education division of the public education department for expenditure in fiscal year 2014 to fund a New Mexico robotics camp. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2014 shall revert to the general fund.
