has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 10, strike “or subsidize”.

    2. On page 2, strike lines 20 through 22 in their entirety and insert in lieu there of “WHEREAS, storage technologies can advance the use and benefits of renewable energy by making it available to customers 24 hours a day; and”.

    3. On pages 2, strike lines 23 through 25 in their entirety.

    4. On page 3, strike lines 1 through 3 in their entirety.
