    Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE MEMORIAL 22, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 19, after "that", strike the remainder of the line and on line 20, strike "form".

    2. On page 2, line 20, after "force", insert "of interested organizations, including but not limited to the following, be formed".

    3. On page 3, between lines 9 and 10, insert:

    "BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the public health division of the department of health be invited to participate in the task force; and".

    4. On page 3, line 15, before the period insert "and the public health division of the department of health".
