AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR MOTOR VEHICLES FOR THE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT ATTORNEY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-three thousand eight hundred fifty-five dollars ($123,855) is appropriated from the general fund to the third judicial district attorney for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to purchase eight motor vehicles. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
