AN ACT

RELATING TO VETERANS' SERVICES; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE FOR MILITARY HONORS AT THE FUNERALS OF RESIDENT VETERANS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     SECTION 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the veterans' services department for expenditure in fiscal year 2015 to provide military honors at the funerals of resident veterans. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2015 shall revert to the general fund.
