SENATE BILL 279

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 1, line 11, strike "FIFTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT" and insert in lieu thereof "ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEYS".

    2. On page 1, line 12, after "TEAM", insert "IN CHAVES, EDDY AND LEA COUNTIES".

    3. On page 1, line 17, strike "fifth judicial district court" and insert in lieu thereof "administrative office of the district attorneys".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
