has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 10, line 13, strike "and" and insert in lieu thereof "or".

    2. On page 10, line 18, after "MUNICIPALITIES", insert

"--LOTTERY TUITION FUND".

    3. On page 11, line 8, strike "2016" and insert in lieu thereof "2015".

    4. On page 11, line 9, after "percent", insert "of the net receipts attributable to the liquor excise tax".
