has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, strike lines 7 through 13 and renumber succeeding paragraphs accordingly.

     2. On page 3, line 9, after “assessment”, insert “or screening assessment”.

     3. On page 5, line 22, strike “grades”.

     4. On page 9, line 24, strike “G” and insert in lieu thereof “E”.
