    1. On page 3, line 1, after the period, insert "The department may exempt a person from a weekly test upon proof being provided to the department that the vehicle with the ignition interlock device is not available to the person during a week when the test would be required.".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
