HOUSE HEALTH COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

 FOR HOUSE BILL 122

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 2, between lines 17 and 18, insert the following new subsection:

          "C. A person seeking licensure for a health-related profession not currently licensed by the state shall notify the legislative council service of the request for committee review of the proposed licensure.".

     2. On page 2, line 22, strike the first instance of "the" and insert in lieu thereof "a new scope of practice or a".

     3. On page 2, line 22, strike the second instance of "the" and insert in lieu thereof "an existing".
