has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 3, line 19, strike "Ninety" and insert in lieu thereof "At least forty-five".

     2. On page 5, line 9, strike "Ninety" and insert in lieu thereof "At least forty-five".

     3. On page 6, line 17, strike "Ninety" and insert in lieu thereof "At least forty-five".

     4. On page 6, line 19, strike "licensee" and insert in lieu thereof "cardholder".

and thence referred to the GOVERNMENT, ELECTIONS & INDIAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
