has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 5, lines 1 and 2, strike ", listed separately by each recipient".

     2. On page 7, lines 8 and 9, strike the underscored language and on line 9, strike ", a" and insert in lieu thereof "A".

     3. On page 7, line 25, strike "shall comply with".

     4. On page 8, lines 1 and 2, strike the underscored language.

     5. On page 8, line 23, through page 12, line 7, strike Section 3 in its entirety.

     6. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.

     7. On page 12, lines 10 and 11, strike "LOBBYING EXPENSE REPORT--".

     8. On page 12, lines 13 and 14, strike the underscored language.

     9. On page 12, line 22, strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof "and expenditure".

     10. On page 12, lines 22 and 23, strike "and lobbying expense reports".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
