HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE BILL 184

Amendment sponsored by Representative Brian Egolf

    1. On page 4, line 19, strike "and".

    2. On page 4, line 22, strike the period and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

    3. On page 4, between lines 22 and 23, insert a new paragraph as follows:

             "(3) a judgment creditor pursuant to an order for payment of child support, which order has been entered against a beneficiary of the trust.".

    4. On page 17, line 11, strike the ending quotation mark.

    5. On page 17, between lines 11 and 12, insert a new subsection to read:

         "X. Nothing in this section shall prevent a person from making a claim against a trust to satisfy an order of child support, which order has been entered against a beneficiary of the trust."".
