HOUSE BILL 203

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 11, strike line 18 in its entirety.

     2. On page 11, strike lines 24 and 25 in their entirety.

     3. On page 12, between lines 4 and 5, insert the following new section:

     "SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE.--The effective date of the provisions of this act is April 1, 2016.".,

and thence referred to the AGRICULTURE, WATER & WILDLIFE COMMITTEE.
