HOUSE SAFETY AND CIVIL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 247

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, strike lines 10 through 12 in their entirety and insert in lieu thereof the following:

          "(9) in which the proportional beneficial interests as of January 1 have not changed from January 1 of the immediately preceding tax year.".
