has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 5, line 5, line 7, and line 11, strike “eighteen” and insert in lieu thereof “sixteen”.

    2. On page 5, line 13, after “1978" insert, “when

the victim is less than sixteen years of age”.

    3. On page 8, line 12, line 14, and line 18, strike “eighteen” and insert in lieu thereof “sixteen”.

    4. On page 8, line 20, after “1978" insert, “when the victim is less then sixteen years of age”.

    5. On page 11, line 20, and line 22, strike “eighteen” and insert in lieu thereof “sixteen”.

    6. On page 12, line 1, strike “eighteen” and insert in lieu thereof “sixteen”.
