    Your JUDICIARY COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 336

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 9, lines 1 through 5, strike Subsection B in its entirety and insert the following new subsection:

          "B. All unarmed contests shall be approved and sanctioned by the commission or, if a voluntary cooperative agreement exists between the commission and an Indian nation, tribe or pueblo, by that nation, tribe or pueblo. Nothing is this section shall be construed to require an Indian nation, tribe or pueblo to enter into such a cooperative agreement.".
