HOUSE BILL 399

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 1, line 20, strike "The" and insert in lieu thereof "For the instruction of a junior reserve officer training corps, the".

     2. On page 2, line 7, strike "The" and insert in lieu thereof "For the instruction of a junior reserve officer training corps, the".

     3. On page 2, line 16, strike "The" and insert in lieu thereof "For the instruction of a junior reserve officer training corps, the".

     4. On page 2, line 23, strike the ending quotation mark.

     5. On page 2, between lines 23 and 24, insert the following new subsection:

          "D. An alternative license provided pursuant to this section is only for the instruction of a junior reserve officer training corps."".,

and thence referred to the GOVERNMENT, ELECTIONS & INDIAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
